1. Articles prepared in Microsoft Word format (doc or docx files) in accordance with the following instructions should be submitted till the end of April each year through the platform ICI Publishers Panel .
2. The articles will undergo an introductory review by the magazine’s editorial board, and the author will be informed about its results within two weeks via email at the email address provided during registration. The author will be also informed about further editing procedures (reviewing results and the acceptance or rejection of the article to be published).
3. The average time the author has to wait for the publication of his/her manuscript is four-five months starting from the moment of its acceptance by the editors.
4. Texts should be no shorter than 20.000 characters with spaces plus bibliography (unlimited).
5. Each article in the magazine has a title, an abstract, key words in the author’s mother tongue and in English. The magazine has a title, a table of contents, an introduction, and the authors’ biographical notes in Polish and in English. The texts are reviewed and accepted to be published after being positively reviewed and revised according to any reviewers’ remarks.
6. The article should contain the following information:

7. Use 11 p. Times New Roman font and 1 p. interline spacing in the main text. Use italics for foreign words in the text.
8. A text can contain a quotation of no more than 200 characters in quotation marks, followed by a parenthesis note including the author’s surname, date of publication and page, e.g. (Tatarkiewicz, 1978: 122). Do not use footnotes for the text.
9. Texts should be justified to the left margin (2,5 cm. margins on all sides); do not divide words at the end of lines.
10. Do not use bold face or letter-spacing, e.g. in names in the bibliography.
11. Titles of works should be in italics without quotation marks, titles of journals – in text font in quotation marks.
12. Do not use abbreviations such as e.g.; i.e. in the main text – words must be spelt out.
13. Paragraph indentation 1.25 tab, do not use inter-paragraph spacing.
14. Bibliography must be provided below each text according to the instructions.
15. Referencing a paper in a journal, the order is: Author, Title of paper, “Name of journal”, year xxxx, issue / volume x, p. x, e.g.

    • hyphen used only in compounds such as Polish-German.
22. Having corrected the text according to the reviewer’s remarks, before submitting the text for publication, each author submits a statement of:

    • the financial sources for the research or writing the article
